Inda Rahadiyan has been a permanent lecturer of Faculty of Law Universitas Islam Indonesia since 2013. Currently, she holds a position as Expert Assistant at Faculty of Law Universitas Islam Indonesia.
Inda Rahadiyan received his Bachelor Degree in Law from Faculty of Law Universitas Gajah Mada in 2010, Master of Law from the same faculty in 2013.
Inda Rahadiyan teaches subject of Business Law, particularly in capital market. She is also active in research of such fields.
Inda Rahadiyan was born in Yogyakarta, 7th of June, 1988. She completed her undergraduate degree with a summa cumlaude in from the Departmen of * Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada. April 2013, Inda completed her *master degree also with a summa cumlaude at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
She was active in numerous research activities since her undergraduate studies. One of her researche was then published as a book entitled “A Study on the Investment Law of Indonesia from the Perspective of Economic Development.”
Other than research activities, Inda was also active in student organizations such as Keluarga Muslim Fakultas Hukum (or the Muslim Family of the Faculty of Law). In 2009, she founded and became the first president of the Business Law Community.
In October 2013, Inda began her tenure as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Indonesia, is specializing in Civil and Business Law. She consistently researched and published, and as of 2013 she has produced 13 academic publications (including journal articles, teaching materials, and text books).
Since the end of 2016, Inda was selected as the reviewer for Defendonesia Journal published by Lembaga Kajian Pertahanan Untuk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
Inda also is involved in various forms of community service, such as actively participating in dissemination programs, seminars, public lectures, and academic discussions. Her love for business law is further manifested in her active role in the Centre for the Study of Capital Markets of Universitas Islam Indonesia.
From 2017 onwards, Inda is a member of the Association of Civil Law Lecturers (Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Keperdataan or APHK). Further, in 2018, Inda was appointed as the law and advocacy staff of the Association of Lecturers of the Republic of Indonesia (or Ikatan Dosen Republik Indonesia) for the Yogyakarta Region.
Outside of campus activities, Inda has been invited to speak for numerous academic forums. Among others, she has provided legal training for members of the Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan Republik Indonesia ( State Finance and Development Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia)
