Muhammad Arif Setiawan has been a Permanent Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Islamic University of Indonesia since 1988. Currently he serves as an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, Indonesian Islamic University. Muhammad Arif Setiawan received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the Islamic University of Indonesia in 1962. He then completed his master’s degree in law at the University of Indonesia in 1998. In 2010, he earned his doctorate degree from the University of Diponogoro.
