Expected Learning Outcome

The expected learning outcome of the Study Programme are:

1. Able to apply logical, critical, systematic and innovative thinking, and be able to study the development and implementation of science and technology, and can provide solutions, ideas, designs, or art criticism (Attitude)

5. Able to apply the ability of civil and criminal proceedings and compile contract legal documents, academic texts, draft legislation (Special Skills 2)

  1. Capable of doing preliminary investigations, full investigation, drafting, filling and prosecution. (SESS 2.1)
  2. Capable of conducting trials in both criminal and civil cases and making court decisions. (SESS 2.2)
  3. Capable of preparing academic texts and draft laws and regulations. (SESS 2.3)

6. Able to do legal counseling in community advocacy, apply community empowerment techniques through real work, and contribute to the progress of society (Special Skills 3)
