Study Evaluation

Faculty of Law's international programs Universitas Islam Indonesia evaluate students periodically. There are five (5) types of study evaluation:

1. End of Semester Evaluation

This evaluation aims to review students' academic progress each semester. In this evaluation, first-year students who achieve a GPA below 2,00 will be identified as dropouts (DO). They will be warned by the Faculty.

2. First Year Study Evaluation

This evaluation aims to assess students' academic progress and determine whether they are active or inactive during their first year. New students who have registered and paid their first installment but have subsequently been inactive for two semesters are identified as Attenuated Students (PO).

3. Mid-Term Study Evaluation (First to Fourth Semester Evaluation)

This evaluation is for students who have completed four semesters (second year). If a student fails to achieve a minimum of 30 credits with a minimum GPA of 2.00, they will be deemed to have dropped out and will receive a warning from the faculty.

4. Evaluation of Inactive Limits (Leaving studies without the Rector's permission)

Students whose status is inactive (leaving studies without the Chancellor's permission) for four consecutive semesters are not permitted to continue their studies.

5. Final Study Evaluation

This is an evaluation for students who have reached the maximum study period (fourteen semesters). The basis for determining whether or not to drop out (DO) is as follows:

  • Students from the 2012 intake were given time to complete their studies until the 2018/2019 academic year.
  • Students from the 2013 intake were given time to complete their studies until the 2019/2020 academic year.
  • Students from the 2014 intake were given time to complete their studies until the 2020/2021 academic year.
  • Students from the 2015 intake were given time to complete their studies until the 2021/2022 academic year.
  • Students from the 2016 intake were given time to complete their studies until the 2022/2023 academic year.
