Short Biography

He works as a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law. Universitas Islam Indonesia (FH UII) since 1990. Currently serving as Director of the Center for Agrarian Law Studies. He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from FH UII in 1989, a Master of Laws degree from the University of North Sumatra in 1997, and a Doctorate degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2011.
