VISION, MISSION, AND AIM OF DOCTORAL PROGRAM IN LAW, FACULTY OF LAW, UNIVERSITAS ISLAM INDONESIA

VISION

The realization of Doctoral Program in Law,  as rahmatan lil ‘alamin which is committed to Islamic treatise and prophetic values ​​in the fields of education, research, community service, and Islamic da’wah, and is equivalent to a quality Doctoral Program in Law at the ASEAN level.

MISSION

  1. To organize legal education oriented to the development of prophetic legal policies;
  2. To conducting multidisciplinary and progressive legal research;
  3. To carry out community service in the form of contributing solutions to national problems in the field of law; 
  4.  To organize Islamic da’wah in the context of disseminating legal knowledge, Islamic values ​​and humanity.

AIM

  1. To produce graduates with expertise in the field of law with a prophetic orientation.
  2. To produce graduates with expertise to provide legal opinions, formulate legal policies and norms, and resolve legal issues correctly and fairly.
  3. To produce graduates with integrity, innovation, and transformation based on Islamic values.
  4. To produce graduates who are able to contribute to the development of legal science on a global level.
