Study Evaluation

Master Program in Law of Universitas Islam Indonesia evaluates the students’ academic achievement at the end of each semester based on the following guideline:

Students’ achievement is evaluated in the following 5 stages:

  1. End of semester evaluation
    It is an evaluation to determine student’s academic achievement in each semester.
  2. Evaluation of the first year of study (Progress of New Students) is an evaluation of the students’ academic achievement based on their learning activities in their first year to ensure their attendance for 1 year or 2 semesters in the learning process. New students who are found to be inactive for 1 year or 2 semesters (GPA = 0), since their admission as a student in Universitas Islam Indonesia, will be subjected to administrative sanctions of discontinuation of study in the Master’s Program in Law of Universitas Islam Indonesia. That said, all his rights as a student of Universitas Islam Indonesia are annulled by law, even though he has paid the first installment and/or enrollment fees as a student of Universitas Islam Indonesia. All submitted payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  3. Inactive limit evaluation (unauthorized leave)
    Students who are found to be inactive (leaving without permission) for 2 consecutive semesters and/or more will be discontinued from their study in Master’s Program in Law of Universitas Islam Indonesia.
  4. Evaluation of the program time limit
    Students’ academic achievement is evaluated at the time limit of the study period of 8 semesters, as a basis to determine whether the student needs to withdraw from the program. Students who have reached the program time limit (8 semesters) will be required to withdraw from the program (drop out).
