Study Evaluation

The Master Program in Notarial Law of Universitas Islam Indonesia conducts evaluation of student study progress at the end of each semester, with the following explanation:

The evaluation of the study is conducted in 3 (three) stages, namely

  1. End-of-Semester Evaluation
It is an evaluation to determine the progress of student academic achievement in each semester. Evaluation of the first year of study (First-Year Students) is an evaluation of the development of the study (study activity) of the First-Year students, whether they participate in Teaching and Learning Processes or not at all for 1 (one) year or 2 (two) semesters. For the First-Year Students who, based on the evaluation, do not participate in any teaching and learning processes (inactive) for 1 (one) year or 2 (two) semesters (GPA = 0), since they are admitted as a student at Universitas Islam Indonesia will be given an academic sanction, i.e., not allowed to continue their studies in the Master Program in Notarial Law Universitas Islam Indonesia (Passing-Out). All their rights as a student of Universitas Islam Indonesia will become void by law, despite having paid the first installment and/or registration as students of Universitas Islam Indonesia, so all forms of payment that have been made cannot be withdrawn/refunded.
  2. Evaluation of inactive status limit
Students with inactive status for 2 (two) and/or more consecutive semesters are no longer allowed to continue their studies in the Master Program in Notarial Law of Universitas Islam Indonesia (Passing-Out).
  3. Evaluation of time limit on study
It is an evaluation of academic achievement at a maximum study period of 8 (eight) semesters, as a basis for determining whether or not the students should be dropped out
