Featured App Features

1. Research Ideas Exchange

The Research Ideas Exchange feature provides a platform for academics to submit and recommend innovative research ideas. Through the provided form, users can complete a submitter profile, describe the research topic or idea in detail, provide information about recommended parties for correspondence, and include an estimate or funding requirement. This feature is expected to foster productive and sustainable research collaborations.

2. Governance

The Governance feature is designed to support an objective and interactive employee performance evaluation process. Users can select work units, define assessment parameters, and select employees to be assessed. Performance assessments are conducted through a selection of visual expressions in the form of icons representing satisfaction levels—”Very Satisfied,” “Satisfied,” and “Dissatisfied.” Additionally, a dedicated column is available for submitting criticism and suggestions in text form as part of comprehensive HR improvement and development efforts.

3. Sharing Knowledge

The Knowledge Sharing feature allows users to formally request knowledge and experience sharing sessions. A form is available for new sharing requests, which includes speaker profiles, material topics, implementation details, and cost estimates. Users can also upload supporting documents such as CVs and presentation materials. Additionally, this feature provides a Submission History and Sharing List menu to track the track record and status of submitted submissions. The primary goal of this feature is to build an active learning and collaboration ecosystem within the institution.

4. PPOB – Bills and Credit

PPOB is an integrated service provided to make it easier for users to purchase digital products and pay various types of bills practically and efficiently. Through this feature, users can top up credit and data packages, pay for PLN electricity, top up e-money, buy game vouchers, and even pay BPJS Kesehatan bills all within the same platform. With a simple and easy-to-use interface, the Bills and Credit feature is designed to provide a fast, secure, and convenient transaction experience, thus supporting users’ digital needs in their daily activities.
