Frances Duffy is a visiting lecturer from Australia. She completed a Masters of Law at UNSW in Sydney, Australia and at UII. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Cambridge English Language Teaching Certificate in Australia. Her bachelor degree was completed at University College Dublin (UCD) in her native country,  Ireland. She teaches International Law, International Trade Law, English and Civil Law at UII.
