Training for Persons with Disabilities for Education Staff

Some of the UII Faculty of Law’s educational staff from the academic, general and security staffs took part in service training for people with disabilities organized by the Undergraduate Study Program in Law, Faculty of Law UII. This training presented resource persons, namely Eko Riyadi, S.H., M.H., M. Syafei, S.H., M.H., Dian Kus Pratiwi, S.H., M.H., and Ismail (SIGAB). The training is planned to be held for two days.

“With this training, it is hoped that all service departments at the UII Faculty of Law will not be nervous about providing services both academic and non-academic in nature. “Apart from that, it is hoped that skills will emerge so that educational staff know the forms of service to people with disabilities so that service patterns can be provided perfectly.” said the Head of Undergraduate Study Program in Law at the Faculty of Law, UII.

In this training, resource person Mr. Ismail from the NGO SIGAB was also presented, who is also a person with deaf disabilities. In the training there is direct practice on how to provide appropriate services, especially for deaf people. Training will be carried out in two waves. Some educational staff who were not included in the first term will be included in the second term.
